Grace: Would you save your kid or strangers?
In 2013, the Scottish Rite Valley of Omaha and the Business Ethics Alliance partnered to present Ethics on Trial. Based on the Czech film “Most” (the Bridge), a father is faced with the impossible decision about whether to sacrifice his son, playing in the bridge wheel, to save an oncoming train, or whether to sacrifice the train and its passengers to save his son. Ethics itself was put on trial as conspiring to commit murder, and the audience was the jury. Guilt or innocence was in their hands.
