This education series addresses the individual and group ethics of for-profit and non-profit governing boards. Designed to be embedded into regular board meetings throughout the year, these conversation starters highlight key areas of board governance and the ethical implications of common board dysfunctions. Participants will leave feeling empowered to discuss issues candidly and perform their duties ethically. 

Purchased individually or as a package, each tool takes less than 30 minutes (or longer, if you want) to administer. Facilitator notes are provided to help guide discussion.
