Designed to be embedded into regular board meetings throughout the year, these micro-learning tools highlight key areas of board governance and the ethical implications of common board dysfunctions. Participants will leave feeling empowered to discuss issues candidly and perform their duties ethically. 

Purchased individually or as a package for up to 20 board members, each tool takes less than 30 minutes (or longer, if you want) to administer. Facilitator notes are provided to help guide discussion.
