Annual Meeting

Annually, we invite over 400 leaders – Trustees, our Governing Board, community leaders, staff, volunteers, and special guests – to celebrate The Alliance and Greater Omaha’s business ethics. This diverse group of noble leaders represents the executive level of a variety of Greater Omaha industry segments and company sizes.

Executive Breakfast

Our breakfasts encourage CEOs, presidents, chairs, owners, and executive directors to discuss executive business ethics issues.

Ethics Luncheon

Our luncheons serve up food for thought with panel discussions, group exercises, and roundtable conversations. Typical attendees are middle managers, vice presidents, HR professionals, and those tasked with running their organization’s ethics program.

Mind Candy Dialogue

Our dialogues invite individuals to jump-start their day with an opportunity to participate in lively discussions about business ethics issues straight from the headlines. Current news events encourage spirited conversation in this unique and interactive forum. The entire business community is invited.

Ethics on Trial

Ethics on Trial is a unique way to deliver ethics education. Hosted by the Freemasons in the historic and beautiful Scottish Rite Masonic Center, this mock courtroom drama conveys the dynamics of ethical decision making.

YP Speed Ethics

Young professionals play a vital role in shaping the ethical climate at your company and in the broader community. Our YP Speed Ethics networking event presents a forum for young leaders to refine their values and converse with seasoned executives about business ethics. We give them opportunities to learn from and offer insight to their mentors, business leaders, and peers.

Moral Superheroes

Moral Superheroes education influences youth choices and increases ethics education visibility across the city. The programming provides multiple learning opportunities for our city's youth, building a life-long grasp and working understanding of ethics.

Past Programs

The Alliance has been running programs in the community since 2006. Find archives of the most recent programming years here.
