Ethics on Tap is a fun, casual forum where emerging leaders can come together, enjoy a drink and discuss today's pressing ethical issues. Each session is designed to bring about lively discussion and encourage connection and networking for emerging leaders in the Omaha area. Each session requires pre-registration and a small fee.

We discussed the finer ethical points of Office Space at the beautiful Joslyn Castle with a panel of Alliance Trustees.
ETHICS Hot Seat
Mogens Bay, Executive Chairman of Valmont Industries, handled the hot seat with a “fishbowl” of emerging leaders. He was asked intriguing ethical questions and was unshaken in his responses.
Yoga night offered self-reflection, the practice of kindness and self-compassion, and continued growth and self-awareness. These combined traits go hand in hand with ethical decision making.

Emerging Leaders worked with Alliance Trustees to evaluate different ethical dilemmas to beef-up their ethics muscles.

ETHICS trivia night
Omaha's Emerging Leaders had fun challenging their ethics knowledge in a friendly game of trivia over snacks and drinks at one of Omaha's best microbreweries. They left with a framework for approaching difficult career situations where values are at stake.
