This session is also a great way for HR leaders to get a look at our Elevate Ethics Workshops.

Participants will:

  • Discover why good people sometimes make bad choices

  • Examine and analyze psychological BlindSpots through examples

  • Assess and identify BlindSpots in real life ethics scenarios

  • Develop ways to overcome BlindSpots

Nearby parking is free and a light continental breakfast is provided. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to network. Workshop packets will be provided. Cost is $50.
