GOVERNING BOARD ETHICS
This education series addresses the individual and group ethics of for-profit and non-profit governing boards. Each mini-module helps boards start self-directed conversations about key areas of governance and common board dysfunctions. Embed into regular board meetings, include in on boarding for new members, or pari with the annual signing of important documents.
Each tool takes less than 30 minutes to administer. Facilitator notes are provided to help guide discussion.

Our self-directed workbook series corresponds with the seven Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations (FSGO). This series will empower your organization to define, detect, and prevent misconduct, protect your organization’s assets if something goes wrong, and increase your organization’s employee recruitment and satisfaction, profitability, and stakeholder confidence.
These modules distill our popular BlindSpots workshops into smaller learning opportunities, allowing you the flexibility to inject bite-sized ethics tools into your team training, on your schedule and terms.
These are perfect for team meetings, intra-office mailings, new employee on-boarding, and even posting in your break room. Digital versions are available to distribute widely.
elevate ethics workshops
Elevate Ethics is comprised of nine ethics workshops from which an organization or association can pick one or more and have customized to their specific interests. When delivered as a series of four, they become our Elevate Ethics Academy. Workshops enhance ethical awareness, decision-making, communications, and leadership, as well as provide new tools to build problem solving skills, enliven organizational ethics, and rebalance moral intent. Elevate Ethics can be facilitated by Alliance staff or be train-the-trainer.
Our consulting helps organizations assess, bolster, reinvigorate, and even establish an ethics program tailored to a company’s culture and needs. Interweaving positive adherence to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for due diligence, we counsel businesses on particular areas of ethical concern, offering solutions, avenues for follow up, and recommendations for proactive and preventative ethics maintenance.
