William Bennett: October 2009
William J. Bennett is an American conservative politician and political commentator who served as the third U.S. Secretary of Education from 1985 to 1988 under President Ronald Reagan. He later held the position of Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy under President George H. W. Bush.
